Mikael Martinez

 Mikael is a Wenatchee native and a 2007 graduate of Washington State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies. She began her career at a well-established local architecture firm, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of project types.

Throughout her career, Mikael has been involved in every phase of the design process—from initial client meetings and programming to design development, construction documentation, specifications, and contract administration. This comprehensive experience has shaped her practical, detail-oriented approach to architecture.

Now embarking on the adventure of launching her own practice, Mikael is focused on providing thoughtful design and permitting services with a strong emphasis on clear communication and a smooth, collaborative process. She enjoys working on projects of all sizes and types and looks forward to growing her portfolio through her own firm.

Johnny earned his undergraduate degree from Gonzaga University and went on to complete his master’s degree at the University of Wyoming, where he developed a strong foundation in architecture and structural design. He also brings valuable technical experience from his time working with a geotechnical company, strengthening his understanding of site conditions and structural performance.

Throughout his career, Johnny has lived and worked in several states, including Washington and Wyoming, and spent time in Argentina during a high school study abroad program. These diverse experiences have shaped his broad perspective on regional design styles, construction methods, and community-focused solutions.

Now based in Knoxville, Tennessee, Johnny maintains strong ties to the Pacific Northwest by holding an active Washington State Structural License. He also collaborates with Peak Architecture on a part-time, as-needed basis, bringing a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every project, whether working independently or as part of a team.
